The ideal harness for stock seats, or seats not designed for a pass-through for a sub strap, that are used in Driver Education programs. Schroth’s ASM is an extra fold of material sewn into the inboard shoulder belt, elongating at a separate rate compared to the outboard belt. This allows two movements: the upper torso can twist slightly, and on the rebound phase, the torso is planted firmly back in the seat instead of sliding under the lap belt. The Schroth Profi II ASM 4 Point Harness is good for use with a HANS device or other Head and Neck Restraint (HNR). The ASM shoulder strap on the ASM is 3” width, which will work with any HNR.
