Dieselsite 7.3L Intake Plenum Boots - 1994-2003

DIESELSITE INTAKE PLENUM BOOTS This kit includes the two boots that connect the intake manifold piping ("Spider") to the intake plenums on 19994-2003 7.3L PSD trucks.  Also included are four worm gear drive clamps.   If you have upgraded your intake plenums to a billet aluminum style, or if you have purchased the DIESELSITE no-crush plenum inserts, you may upgrade to spring-loaded T-bolt clamps  THESE BOOTS ARE NOT FOR USE ON THE INTERCOOLER PIPING! Stock boot material is silicone. However, this type of material is NOT oil compatable. This is unacceptable in our application as the Powerstroke incorporates a closed crankcase vent system. This means oil travels thru the intake and comes in constant contact with the boots. This oil contact causes deterioration and leaks due to the incompatibility of the silicon boots and the oil from your crankcase.
