Distilled in April 2008 and bottled in 2022. Notes of apples, wood shavings & licorice. On the palate is chocolate, and apples with a long finish. Strong flavors of fruit and spice, thanks to the worm-tub condensers that cool the distillate quickly and avoid over-exposure to copper. Only 650 bottles.
