New Riff's 8yr Bourbon carries the same mash bill as their regular bourbon (65% corn, 30% rye, 5% malted barley). But this expression is nothing like the bottled-in-bond flagship. The 8-year is rich and textured with layers of caramel, creme brulee, and raspberries. Drink it neat or with some water, it's another fantastic whiskey from New Riff.
