Metis sweater coat pattern

Metis is Athena's mother in Greek mythology (Her son, Porus, is the "personification of resourcefulness or expediency" according to Plato). Metis' children are a good summary of your typical knitter's skillset, no? This is a fairly simple pattern, but looks infinitely more complex thanks to the multicolor Noro yarn used.
