Dune: Throw

Made with pleasing sand tones and one half printed silk saree and one half woven brocade saree, this throw is backed with cream colored felt and embellished with hand spun pure mohair yarn and wool yarn.  Ends are finished with Pheasant Manos Del Uraguay silk and merino yarn and sides have a golden brocade trim.     Measures 47 x 76" and is backed with cream merino felt.   Every Cosset & Lock Silk and Wool Textile is made using a unique process of felting to marry together the strength, beauty, and qualities of silk and wool natural fibers.  Because I use repurposed sarees and due to the handmade process, every blanket has unique characteristics and distinctive occurrences.
