Unaged grappa produced by Distilleria Gualco in Silvano d’Orba, Piedmont, Italy Distilled from Cortese di Gavi grape pomace on a Piedmontese bain-marie pot still Produced in the most recent distillation season and stored in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of six months before bottling Elegant and dry with a floral finish that reflects the grape variety 42% ABV Silvano d’Orba is not only surrounded by the Ovada hills where red Dolcetto grapes are grown, but also the Gavi hills where the white Cortese grape is king. In this expression, Cortese di Gavi grapes transform into a dry grappa which nevertheless keeps the elegance and aromas of the “Great Piedmontese White”.
