Craftingood on Sundays- Weekly Group Meetup!

We can all probably feel the destabilization happening with the rapid change in our world. It's hard to keep our nervous system in check when life is "life-ing" and the news is relentless. Come to Craftingood on Sundays to reflect on the week behind and prepare your mind, body, and heart for the week to come in a group coaching container.  We will meet on Zoom every Sunday afternoon starting on January 19th 2025 from 4:00-5:30 pm EST for some contemplation, community, reiki and human design. Guided by Rachel, providing reiki meditation and mentorship, as well as being supported by Karen Curry Parker's 2025 Evolution Guide Book- filled with weekly energy transit updates, affirmations, journal questions and EFT set-ups - we will align ourselves to our authenticity and position our energy for the path of least resistance together.  *Note, you will receive the zoom meeting credentials upon purchase.
