Sour - Ale | 7% ABV - Limit 2 Commercial Description: We chose a blend of 16 month old golden sour ale, 9 month old barrel-fermented blonde sour ale, and 18 month old mixed-fermentation farmhouse ale. By adding structure to support the heavy fruiting, and a modest acidity to enhance the deep berry qualities, the resulting beer is a vibrant magenta with complex earthy and spicy vinous layers and bursting jammy fruit.
