Mammoth

Sierra Awakening I usually venture into the High Sierra during late summer or early autumn. This time I made a late-spring journey, finding the mountains decorated with abundant snow fields and the constant sound of water trickling, with green grasses and blue shadows decorating every view. I also encountered swarms of mosquitos, making it virtually impossible to get my work done! Printed on 100% cotton Stonehenge paper (made in America by Legion Paper and prized by printmakers for its permanent qualities), Mammoth is made from seven hand-carved blocks, each designed, carved and printed by Craig. It includes conservation framing under glass with hand-rubbed ebony walnut molding, and it's ready to ship within 24 hours.
