Ready to turn ideas into digital designs? This hands-on course teaches students how to bring their creativity to life using SketchUp—a fun and beginner-friendly 3D modeling program used by real interior designers, architects, and game creators! Workshop Details: Ages: 11–17 Type of workshop: 1-on-1 & Small Groups (2-3 students) In-Person | Virtual options available 1-Week Workshop - 3-hours, 5x in 1 week (Mon-Fri) 4-Week Workshop - 2-hours, 2x a week for 4 weeks Virtual Workshop - 2-hours, 2x a week for 4 weeks Activity: Lessons, Mini-activities throughout & 1 final project (3D Room Model) Supplies: Digital/Printed supplies provided SketchUp Free is the web-based program we will use NOTE: All classes are subject to availability What They’ll Learn: How to navigate the SketchUp workspace Tools for drawing, shaping, and building 3D objects How to design a room, house, or creative structure from the ground up Visual storytelling through digital layouts and presentations
