4/13 - Private In-Person Class - 2pm Natural Health Improvement Center of South Jersey 1020 Kings Hwy N # 110, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 This in-person class will consist of a thorough demonstration of the 8 steps of the bread making process.  You will learn the master recipe I use, plus lots of tips and tricks, to make a delicious boule of sourdough.  I will have the dough ready at each step of the process so you can see exactly what needs to be done as well as what the dough should look like at each step.  I will stop throughout the demonstration to answer any questions.  The class will be approximately 2 hours with extra time at the end for questions and feeding your new starter.  Each person will be given a jar and starter and will feed it right in the class.  Each person will be given a printed packet of steps in order to follow along with everything I'm teaching.  In addition to this you will receive my full color 16 page booklet with the same info plus photos.  After the class you w
