Nitto UI-12 Quill Stem

The UI-12 Quill Stem is a good option if you're in the market to run a 31.8 handlebar on a bike with a 1" threaded steerer tube, like the Romanceur or Canti Bolt. It doesn't have a whole ton of rise, if you are after rise the Nitto X Crust UI stem or the BJ may be a better option.  This stem will work with the following Crust models: Both Nor'Easters, Both Romanceürs, Canti Lightning Bolt, Malocchio Details: Made in Japan using heat treated 4130 Chromoly Tig Welded  Colors-Dull Bright Reach- 70mm  Clamp Diameter- 31.8  Drop Angle- 71° (would be level on a bike with a 71° headtube) 22.2 Quill (1" Threaded Steerer Compatible) Max Height- 45mm Overall Quill Length- 150mm Weights- 315g
