WHAT ARE HYDROSOLS? Hydrosols, also known as "flower waters," are made when you distill a plant, either through water or steam distillation, you are left with two end-products: the essential oil, and condensated water, which contains microscopic droplets of the essential oil. This water is called the plant hydrosol. Through this process, a potent, yet subtle form of medicine is created. With similar therapeutic properties to essential oils, these aromatic waters are much less concentrated. Their aromas are often soft and subtle when compared to essential oils. It contains the essence of the plant in every drop. Hydrosols are moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and are a wonderfully fragrant addition to skincare routine. They have stimulant properties that encourage oxygenation and improved blood flow. Spritzing onto dehydrated, sensitive skin will calm inflammation and add softness. Great for preventing acne. Can be used every day. Hydrosols are very versatile, if you've used
