Our mini therapy pack set provides natural relief for cold hands, bumps, bruises, bug bites, toothaches, and more. Created from 100% cotton flannel and filled with just the right amount of white rice to contour comfortably. Natural and reusable. Microwave for soothing moist heat or freeze for use as a cold pack.  Choose between unscented or lavender-scented.  No essential oils are used only dried lavender buds.    HOT:Heat in the microwave to provide soothing moist heat relief for cold hands.COLD:Freeze for a few hours to use as a cold pack to refresh individual tired, puffy eyes, or to provide relief from tooth or jaw discomfort.
