Designated #240 by Stewart Coffin, it looks fairly simple with six thicker sticks intersected by six thinner sticks. Solving it is anything but, as the angles are very confusing and you always end up with that one piece that won't fit. I'm delighted with this puzzle, it's a heck of a lot of fun. Difficult enough to challenge an experienced puzzler while simple enough to be enjoyed by a novice. Construction of this puzzle took a while- I actually started trying to make them in December of last year and was not successful until now.. I had trouble constructing a jig that would allow for precision hole placement while protecting the bottom from chipout when the drill exited. I ended up making a jig from aluminum and brass which could be adjusted to calibrate the stick position with
