The flowy ruffled tiers make this skirt feminine and the maxi length is awesome for the season. This skirt is very soft and stretchy - made of polyester, rayon, and spandex. Stephanie is 5'6 and wearing the 3X, but could also do the 2X. Her measurements are 50"/43"/54" for bust/waist/hips.
