Cork Cutting Jig Set

No longer will you have to reposition your cork rings to cut a 'V' notch.  These jigs have the angles opposite each other to simplify your cork cutting. Each set comes with three (3) separate and unique angle jigs (45-90-135 degrees) and three (3) wear plates that allow you to easily adjust the height of your cork rings.  The extra depth of these jigs allows stacked rings to be modified.  A specially designed ejection hole in the base of the jig makes cork removal a breeze. These jigs are designed with the razer saw in mind.  The large flat surfaces on the angles help to guide your saw to make precise cuts. Jigs are 3D printed to keep costs low as compared to typical aluminum or steel jigs.  The jigs may show signs of wear over time depending upon user and saw used. An optional variable depth adjustor plug with locking collars helps you to fine tune the position of your cut without having to remove your cork from the jig to add shims.
