Creating a plush toy involves intricate pattern work, requiring us to craft molds for each component, such as the head and body. Each part is assembled from multiple pieces of fabric, rather than a single piece. This means that a plush toy is composed of variously shaped fabric pieces stitched together to form the complete figure. The process of hand-cutting these fabric pieces is quite challenging and time-consuming for our designers. Typically, it takes at least one week to produce a first draft of a sample toy. After this initial version is complete, we will seek your feedback and make revisions according to your specifications, refining the design until it meets your full satisfaction.
