These soft hackle capes are great value for the tier that uses a lot of soft hackles and marabou feathers. The base of these capes have great soft hackles, and the tops have marabou that makes a great tail. Comes in a wide variety of colors to suit just about tying need! We really dig these for traditional steelhead patterns.
