AKG CSX IRT3 - Infrared Spotlight Radiator for CSX IRS10 System

The CSX IRT3 and CSX IRT4 reference infrared radiators transmit up to 10 language channels to conference participants or tour guide groups. Using PPM (Pulse Phase Modulation) technology, always all LED´s cover the same area and distance, regardless the number of channels needed in an application. Hence, exact coverage is ensured even if channel needs change. The CSX IRT3 and 4 can be cascaded almost without limit, due to a signal refresher built in into all transmitters, enabling coverage of very large areas. The transmitters’ design eliminates the needs for cooling fans, which also eliminates noise. Clearly visible LED´s make the status readable from the distance, enhancing security for onsite technicians. The CSX IRT3 is the spotlight version with a light angle of +/-17° to cover distances up to 65m, while the CSXIRT4 is designed for near-field use, e.g. in ceilings above the area to be covered.
