Didn't renew your ASM? You can still get back into the plan! Customers with an expired ASM are required to first purchase an “Upgrade” before they can buy a new ASM. Pyramix PRO Upgrade is only required if the Pyramix PRO ASM has expired. The best way to stay current with Pyramix PRO is to maintain a valid “Pyramix PRO ASM” at all times, always renewing the ASM before expiry. The new ASM plan’s start date then automatically activates after the last day of the previous ASM period. After an ASM expires, customers wishing to rejoin an ASM plan to get access to the latest versions and support, can purchase a “Pyramix PRO Upgrade” first and then a new “Pyramix PRO ASM”. Note: For customers running a MASSCORE system, a “Pyramix MASSCORE Upgrade” for the relevant Pyramix Pack is required instead.
