Bowl #38 XXL Gray Stoneware Decorative Thumped Serving Bowl/Platter (Big Bowl Series)
I used a really beautiful gray stoneware clay to create this XXL bowl/platter. The clay creates such a stunning surface that I opted to leave the exterior of this bowl naked (where no glaze is applied). The inside has a stunning rich blue glaze that interacted with the gray clay below it to bring out pockets of brown that just add so much feel to the bowl. This bowl was made to sell on its own or as a companion to the smaller Bowl #37. That was sure fun, wasn't it? Click here to view the entire collection.
