Dodecatheon meadia 'Aphrodite', Shooting Star

Reflexed magenta petals sweep upward, and each flower's little yellow and black "beak" points down from an arching stem. Together with pretty, lance-shaped basal leaves, they make a lovely clump that thrives in light shade. Winter moist, summer dry. 6-8" tall. Please be aware this plant may go summer dormant.  Please choose a shipping date between August 1 - April 1. Foliage is too tender to ship while actively growing.   Minimum temperature: -40° F
