Epimedium x 'Amber Queen' PP17197, Barrenwort or Fairy Wings

Large yellow flowers concentrate to orange toward the cup tips, blooming early spring through mid-late spring at least, and often throughout the rest of the summer. This is one of the most prolific and long-blooming of the Epimediums. Toothed and elongated heart-shaped leaves last most of the year and both new growth and sometimes older growth can be wonderfully splashed with red. Semi-deciduous and clumping. Hybrid cross of E. flavum x E. wushanense 'Caramel'  Mature size: 10 in T x 18 in W Minimum temperature: -20° F
