Crafted in collaboration with San Francisco's Feve Chocolates, our Chocolate-Covered Caramelized Almonds are Dandelion's take on a time-honored chocolate-nut pairing. Expert confectioners at Feve roast small batches of almonds in-house, then caramelize them, adding a pinch of salt to underscore flavors. The caramelized almonds are coated with more than twenty layers of our fudgy 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador chocolate — and each chocolatey nut is lightly dusted with cocoa powder, which melts on the tongue. The result is rich, sweet, and savory, punctuated by a satisfying crunch.
