Cost ($6 x sq ft) $22,200.00 The quoted price includes the following services and materials:COI: Certificate of insurance (General liability) / Tax 6.5% / Painting, Design,Sketch, Assistants,Transportation, Materials (Various items such as paint, brushes, tape, sealer, plastic, etc.) Rent of equipment: Scissor lift 20’  Total $22,200.00 50% to start the project = $11,100.00 ( non-refundable)  50% upon completion = $11,100.00 Remarks:Timeline: The project is estimated to start within 1 to 2 weeks following the approval of designs/sketches and should be physically completed. Tentative start date is between the end ofJanuary and February
