Geraniums

Geraniums are a favorite here at our house!  We plant several different varieties every year, both for our front porch and in pots around our deck.  We love to mix them in with other plants and flowers, such as coleus and lantana.  They're so cheery and they're fairly hardy, too, so they've been a joy to have in our garden year after year!   Because they're such a favorite "in real life", it was also a joy to paint them!  Geraniums come in so many different colors and along with that, they come with lots of different shapes and colors of leaves!  I had so much fun painting these happy plants and I think the leaves - surprisingly! - may have been my favorite part to paint! Whether you plant them yourself or they remind you of a loved one, my hope is that if you've got a connection to geraniums in some way, these will bring you some joy every time you see them!
