二零零九年 福鼎壽眉 An invaluable reference point for us when it comes to aged Fuding shoumei. We frequently slow simmer this tea in a kettle, or toss a handful into a big pot for an all-day comforting drink. If brewing at a higher ratio in a smaller volume, we recommend using a vessel with adequate heft to efficiently extract this tea.   Suggestion: 4-6g / 120 ml, 100C; or simmer 6-8g in 1 liter.
