What does Single Animal Sourced mean? Our ground beef is from a Single-Animal Source, unlike ground beef in grocery stores that is comprised of multiple animals, and dry-aged for approximately 21 days. Our ground beef does not lack in flavor, tenderness and overall eating experience.
