Caffè Amaro is crafted by infusing a blend of botanicals—including juniper, cardamom, orange peel, star anise, spearmint, gentian, and vanilla—into a base spirit. This infusion is then combined with cold brew coffee sourced from Kansas City-based roaster Thou Mayest, using a single-origin Sumatran roast. The mixture undergoes a brief aging period in used whiskey barrels, allowing the flavors to meld harmoniously. The final product is sweetened with cane syrup, achieving a balanced profile of bitterness, herbal complexity, and subtle sweetness.
