Yann Bertrand's Cuvée du Chaos comes from the oldest vines in his family's Fleurie parcel. Farmed organically, made with minimal intervention, this is the wine he considers the best expression of the Bertrand ethos.  It spends 8 months in barrel and another 10 months bottle aging before release. The result is a lithe wine that expresses the freshness and elegance of Gamay.  The intense perfume of tart red fruits laced with a stone dust mineral core will draw you into the bottle; Pure hedonistic Beaujolais!
