Because of the oven's porcelain-enameled interior, operators can conveniently clean debris and food particles from inside. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is durable for high-volume use. Operating at 25,000 BTUs each, the four manually ignited burners in the Migali C-RO4-12GL-NG gas range can be adjusted using chrome knobs, and a high-limit safety feature will shut off the unit if the temperature rises to unsafe levels.
