To streamline cleaning, the burners are covered with cast iron grates that can be removed. In the base of this Migali C-RO8-NG commercial range, the ovens provide a place for baking and roasting, and it has one shelf in each oven that can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of needs. Because the exterior, burners, and gas tubing are made of stainless steel, they will last a long time without corroding or damaging.
