Mammoth Fossil Tooth Cross Section with Display Case

 This is a Mammoth Fossil Tooth Cross Section from 'Mammuthus imperator'. This is from Florida. As with all my other mammoth teeth, it is finely polished and reveals great striations of the tooth material. This is an excellent collectors tooth in excellent condition and at an excellent price. Because of the environment these laid in for thousands of years, there is nearly no degradation. The Tooth is nicely displayed in this glass fronted case, resting on a cotton bed.
