This is the non-variegated, regular 'Green' form of curved leaf yucca thought to be the naturally occurring hybrid of Yucca gloriosa and another unknown type. Featuring gorgeous spikes of bell shape flowers bloom from spring through mid-summer and the smell is wonderful! This plant attracts hummingbirds and is truly striking in full sun or part sun conditions. Dark blue/green spears that natural weep (or curve) to form an impressive trunking specimen that can reach heights of 7 to 10+ feet, often remaining single trunked (depending on climate conditions). It is a moderate to fast grower, and has performed incredibly well in our cold high desert climate in central Oregon! It is hardy to at least USDA zone 5b, and parent plants have seen temperatures well below -20F.
