Make and/or sell your own Halloween Jack-O-Lanterns without using a CNC or Laser cutter. With our Halloween router templates, you can make lanterns without the use of these expensive machines. We have 8 Halloween Jack-O-Lantern faces to choose from. Feeling creative mix and match different faces, eyes from one, nose from another, the possibilities are endless. Save big and get them all. Our templates are made from high quality cast acrylic material, ~1/4" thick. They are laser cut to precise measurement. Each Router Template is cut to exact measurements for standard 5.5” cedar fence pickets. They are ~8” tall and ~5.5” wide, faces are ~4.5” at widest point, this makes centering the template on the cedar fence picket quick and easy. We suggest using a 1/8 bit and double-sided tape for best results, the smaller the bit the more detail you will achieve. 1/4” bit will work for most cuts but some tight areas may require 1/8” bit.
