Add two thermistor inputs to an skr mini e3 v2, using the tft pins. If resistor is labeled 1001 use pullup_resistor: 1000 in the klipper temperature_sensor section. If it is labeled 4701 you do not need to add anything as this is the klipper default 5% of all profits go to Timmit.
