The FASS TS F15 220G Titanium Signature Series 220GPH Fuel System is the high performance filtration system your 2000-2005 Ford Excursion 7.3L/6.0L Powerstroke needs. Rated at 220 gallons per hour and backed by a million mile warranty, the Titanium Series Fuel System protects your Powerstroke's fuel injection system and can support multiple fueling system upgrades. This system features an improved filtration rating of 2 Microns, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS Diesel Fuel Systems' patented air/vapor removal process.This FASS Fuel System can support 900-1,200 HP. This kit includes the Fass Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit. Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8" Suction Tube along with a 1/2" Fuel Return Port. This Suction Tube Kit allows you to run the FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeding up the installa
