Dark Bodhi Seed Mala & Bracelet Set

  Two of our best-selling products! An authentic, traditional mala with 108 Bodhi Seed beads and a matching bracelet strung on heavy cotton cord. The larger size of these beads can be very satisfying for counting and meditation. Handmade in Kathmandu under the shadow of the Boudhanath Stupa, both items are simply strung and finished with a guru bead and black knotted ends. Bodhi seed beads can be used for counting all types of mantras as well as other prayers. These dark-speckled seed beads have special meaning for all seekers of divine wisdom. "Bodhi" in Sanskrit means enlightenment; as an "enlightened" seed, many practitioners use these malas for their essence and inherent teachings within each seed. Size: Mala measures about 42" around. Beads are approximately 12-14mm. Small bracelet is approximately 6-6.5" around when fully tightened and opens to about 8". Large is about 7.5" around and opens to about 10".
