INTERMEDIATE August 4 Week Throwing Crash Course - Wednesdays 5:30-8:30p

This class is for intermediate/return students looking to elevate their throwing skills. We will focus on specific throwing skills such as throwing off the hump, double walled vessels, enclosed forms, & lidded jars. Having the ability to center your clay is recommended for taking this course. 4 Week Throwing Crash Course hosted on Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30pm with alternative 5th week flex day. Great for those with busy schedules! This course is a total of 12 hours (4 sessions 3hrs each). The course will follow the sequence below consisting of 2 days creating, 1 day trimming, and 1 day glazing your pottery. Elevate your throwing in a relaxed small group setting! 8/6 Week 1 - The basics of throwing 8/13 Week 2 - Throwing continued 8/20 Week 3 - Trimming/Handles 8/27 Week 4 - Glazing/Glaze Firing 9/3  Make up 'flex' day for anyone who could not attend one of the weeks above Address: 125 S.
