Seriously though, our Magic Matte Milk can even turn even the glitteriest of glitz and flatten it to a sheik luster.  Due to the nature of the mattifying process this isn't a fully protective topper like the Suspiciously Cheap Glossy Top Coat. If that level of durability is desired, apply the glossy top coat first and then the Magic Milk .5 fl oz mattifying top coat 💅
