Jeff McMillan was born in October of 1977 in San Jose,CA where he spent a good portion of his life, and itwas during the first few years of Jeff’s existencethat he started trying his hand at art at the youngage of 3. McMillan’s influences lie heavily in 80’spop culture. The artist proclaims that the decadeboasted the best television programming, cartoons,toys, and movies. It was a decade of imagination andcreativity during a time when the world was changingso drastically on all levels. As he continued to makeuse of the right side of his brain, it eventuallybecame time for McMillan to begin the final stages ofschooling. He attended the Academy of Art in SanFrancisco from 1999 to 2001 until he made the big moveto Southern California, where he continued hisschooling at the prestigious Art Center College ofDesign, in Pasadena, CA from 2001 to 2004.
