3d Printing (Tier 1) (FDM)

When working on a new design, I will ship a 3d printed mock-up piece to you to check for fitment once the design is ready for prototyping.  This process allows us to dial in the design while saving time and money.   I use a Bambu Labs P1S which has a build volume of 256 x 256 x 256 mm³.  If a part is too large to print in one piece, I will slice the design in a way that allows printing.  Alternatively, I can design a jig that can be printed to check the critical dimensions. Cost Breakdown: 3d Printing $5 per hour for the first 10 hours, and $2 per hour for the second 10 hours, and $1 per hour for the remaining hours 1 hour minimum Charged in 15 minute increments after 1 hour
