Near fine in very good jacket with light fading and a sticker ghost to spine. Photographs taken at what appears to be a hospital or physical therapy center by Italian photographer Nicola Lorusso (b. 1959); a meditation on health and illness, and the social dimensions of rehabilitation. With an introductory text in Italian and English by Sergio Vitale. Laid into this copy are a signed postcard of a photograph by Lorusso and a TLS presenting the book to Melissa Harris, who was then serving as editor-in-chief of Aperture Foundation.
