Bark at the Moon

Up until now, Bark at the Moon was only available during one of our recent releases as a freebie sample.  This shimmer Black also glows white!  Lighter coverage on the black pigment so that even gel users can dip with this one, but definitely a true black.  This shade chromes to a beautiful gunmetal shade too!   With all glow powders, you need to charge it for maximum glow!  Use a high powered LED or UV lamp/flashlight.  You need to remember that it is more difficult to get a black dip to glow AND to chrome so even though this powder contains a lot of glow powder, it also contains more shimmer pigment to make sure it's opaque.  Therefore, you will most likely need to charge it up more often and for a longer time than most for a good glow.
