This all green foil dip will leave everyone else green with envy!  Full coverage with 2 dips.  With foils, it's best to do a dip of clear before starting.  Also, your coverage will be better by laying your fingers onto the powder.  Lastly, always do a dip of clear before activating or, if you cannot, do a layer of base on top of the foil before activating.  Some activators will make the color in the foil bleed.  This foil is “chromable” meaning you can apply it like a chrome powder and rub it into the nail using a gel liquid and UV/LED lamp.
