You Had Me at Foil

You Had Me at Foil is one of the coolest all Foil Dips!  Combining Purple, Black and Bronze, it is stunning!   Our Black Foils do bleed.  They are not fully Black either. They contain a bit of Blue, which makes them bleed like a gun metal shade.  This means that you can NOT use Activator on this Dip without first encapsulating in Clear, unless you like the bleeding look. You can also float your base brush over the last dip or use Gel Liquids to use this Dip. Foils can be wild and crazy, I cannot lie!  But, after you dip, using your finger or plastic wrap, pat down the foils.  When you add more base or activator, the foils will flatten.
