On the nose, this Cabernet charms your senses with aromas of coffee, tobacco, and both red and black fruit all balanced with just a hint of oak. The mouthfeel is bright and showcases a frame of acidity hung with flavors of cocoa, cranberry, and candied raspberries. There’s a base herbaceousness of sage, and fresh black olive tapenade leading to an elegant and almost mouthwatering finish of shadows of salinity and savory notes on fine tannins which seem to linger for just the right amount of time.
