Dr. Sarah Slaby, DVM is available for phone consultations.  Once you purchase a consult, a link and intake form will be sent to your email to schedule your appointment. To ensure the best quality of care by phone, please provide us with an overview of the animal you are wishing to consult about. If your consulting needs are time sensitive, please click that option and Dr. Sarah will return your call within 24 hours.  All other consultations will be addressed within 72 hours, with the exception of weekends.   Holiday Scheduling  Dr. Sarah values her clients and wants to still be available but she will only take Emergency (Time-Sensitive) consults.  Please Note If time goes over the amount you paid, additional charges will occur.
